NUR ROCHMAT ZAWAWI.
Turns ambiguous executive vision into structured, buildable roadmaps — pairing Agile/Scrum project delivery and business process analysis to IT solutions. Proven across a self-founded startup, freelance engagements, and enterprise consulting.

Strategy without structured requirements is just a wish list.
I'm Nur Rochmat Zawawi, an IT Fresh Graduate, working at the intersection of Project Management and System Analysis. I co-founded Sky-Up Synergy, a productivity and ticketing platform, and have run freelance IT Project Manager and System Analyst engagements for institutional clients.
At Sky-Up Synergy I co-founded and led a cross-functional team of developers and business through to platform validation with MVPs target. At PT Sekawan Media Informatika I deconstructed 16 enterprise supply-chain processes — from farmer partnerships to export workflows — into standard BPMN 2.0 diagrams for PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh. For an institutional client, I authored the PRDs behind 5 interconnected academic sub-systems and ran daily sprints for 4 developers.
My undergraduate thesis applies the Analytic Hierarchy Process to objective prioritization in IT Governance — turning stakeholder disagreement into a defensible, mathematically consistent order of work. It is the method I keep reaching for when a backlog has more owners than it has capacity.
On the delivery side, I run Agile/Scrum sprints in Jira, write PRDs and SRS documents developers can actually build from, and track outcomes with OKRs — skills sharpened first as a business-unit director managing IDR 168M+ in multi-sector revenue before I ever wrote a PRD for a client.
Where I studied, and what came out of it.
The degree is the frame. What sits under it — the thesis, the field service, the coursework that stuck — is the part that shows up in how I work.
